500gr cold water
500gr wheat flour
150gr durum flour
3-4 tblsp pesto
0,5dl oilive oil
Mix yeast with water and add all the flour and sugar at once. Knead for 5 minutes and add the salt. Knead 5 more minutes and let the dough rise in a cold place for approximately 12 hours (over night). Put it into a pan (see picture) and let it rise for 45 more minutes.
Pre-heat the oven to 250degrees.
Now sprinkle the dough with pesto, make some holes with your finger to get some pesto inside and spread the oil evenly on top.
Bake for 20 minutes and get the best and easiest focaccia ever!
